Position Overview:We are seeking a talented Power App Designer/Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess both front-end and back-end development experience, along with strong UX skills. This role is focused on creating efficient and user-friendly applications that meet the dynamic needs of our business environment. The position requires a proactive individual capable of rapid response and adaptation to changing requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop custom applications using Microsoft Power Apps, ensuring seamless integration with various data sources.- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional application designs.- Implement front-end solutions that provide an excellent user experience, utilizing best practices in UX/UI design.- Develop and maintain back-end services and APIs to support application functionality.- Conduct testing and debugging of applications to ensure performance, security, and reliability.- Provide ongoing support and enhancements for existing applications, responding rapidly to user feedback and business needs.- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in Power Platform development and UX design.
Qualifications:- Proven experience in Power Apps development with a strong portfolio of applications.- Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end development (Azure, SQL, etc.).- Strong understanding of user experience principles and best practices.- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.- Experience in agile development methodologies and rapid application development.- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
